Farmer Sign Up Form

Local farms and ranches are encouraged to apply to be hosts on the 2027 Rogue Valley Farm Tour! The event will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2027.

The 2027 Farm Tour will be limited to a total of 24 farms and ranches. In order to provide Farm Tour participants with the highest quality experiences possible, all participating locations will be vetted and approved by the planning committee.

All participating farms and ranches are required to carry liability insurance. A certificate of insurance coverage listing Medford Food Co-op as additional insured will be required for participation.

Materials will be available to assist locations with volunteer recruitment. The Farm Tour planning team is available to assist with recruitment, but farms will be responsible for coordinating their own volunteers.
